And manufactured through 24-step process, involving high temperature antisepsis, high temperature carbonization and high temperature milling and so on.
Actually, bamboo is a grass even it can be used like timber. Functioning as a single plant & self-propagating, bamboo spreads underground via a network of rhizomes. Besides, bamboo represents a kind of high-minded ethic such as elegance, freshness, purity and mercy by its strength and natural beauty for thousands of year.
We apply seven coatings on our bamboo flooring, including UV primer (water-base), anti-abrasive sealer & anti-scratch UV top coatings to provide good surface & looking.
CHARACTERISTICS OF BAMBOO FLOORING
● Higher surface rigidity than wood flooring, therefore more durable.
● Well-balanced in color and luster with little color variations.
● Less expensive than hardwood flooring.
● Difficult to distort with super flexibility.
● Mothproof due to the removal of fat and sugar in raw bamboos through the high temperature antisepsis & carbonization processes. |
